Job Description :

Operations department Patient Enrollment Specialist will have the responsibility to collect information from different clinical or pharmaceutical research studies. It’s a full-time job where the Patient Enrollment Specialist will have to work in a group to match, compile, and arrange data to be reported in a clear and concise manner, free of errors. We are looking for individuals who have the ability to deal with the potential customers and the like with utmost sincerity and compassion.

• Make outbound calls to patients to get them interested in vaccination trials
• Authenticate data collection forms and surveys
• Ensure that all CRMs are updated with the correct information and notes
• To have an extensive understanding of the study to ensure smooth delivery of information to patients and doctors over the phone
• To have exposure to and first-hand knowledge of the relevant culture, names, addresses, and languages
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and practices

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Patient Recruitment:

   • A Patient Enrollment Specialist identifies and recruits eligible patients for clinical trials or studies. They can interact directly with physicians, healthcare providers, or research coordinators to aid in finding possible participants.
     The hiring process can involve reaching out via various channels, including medical advertisements, the internet, and direct communication with hospitals and clinics.Screening and Assessing Patient
   • Once potential candidates are identified, the specialist reviews patient medical histories to ensure they meet the specific inclusion criteria for a study.

2. Informed Consent:

   • One of the most important duties of a Patient Enrollment Specialist is to educate the patients about the study and obtain their informed consent. This includes telling the patients about the study, its potential risks, benefits, and alternatives.
     They should make sure that patients have a complete comprehension of the procedures, what involvement takes, and their rights throughout the trial.

3. Tracking and Updating:
