Responsibilities of a Primary School Teacher

Primary school teachers play a important role in making the future of young children. Their responsibilities go outside their limits just teaching textbooks. Below are some key duties they perform:

1. Teaching and Lesson Planning

Teachers instruct core subjects like English, Math, and Science. They prepare lesson plans according to the curriculum, making sure students grasp basic concepts clearly.

2. Classroom Management

Maintaining discipline and creating a positive learning environment is nessacary. Teachers must manage diffrent student behaviors with patience and care.

3. Student Assessment

They conduct regular tests, monitor progress, and provide feedback to help students improve academically.

4. Parent Communication

Teachers meet with parents to discuss student performance, behavior, and ways to support learning at home.

5. Moral and Social Development

They also focus on teaching good manners, ethics, and responsibility to help build character.
