As a Data Analyst your role will be to support the Programs and Product teams in building reliable data pipelines. It is a multi-faceted role that includes understanding the business problem, designing and building data solutions for internal/external stakeholders which accurately reflects application performance as well as visualising the data.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited :

1. Work closely with cross-functional teams to address various challenges, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform product development and strategy.
2. Oversee the performance of product features and releases by defining baselines and success metrics. Provide recommendations for optimization based on thorough analysis.
3. Define and apply cleansing rules to the data to ensure meets quality expectations.
4. Based on requirements, perform ad-hoc analysis of structured and unstructured data across multiple data sources to inform solution design.
5. Develop user-friendly dashboards and high-quality data visualizations that drive actions and support decision-making processes
6. Document solution designs in Notion.
7. Ownership of Work Items and works with data owners / stewards to ensure high quality, aligned deliveries, and compliance with legislation, such as GDPR, e.g. PII vs non-PII, data retention, etc.

A hands-on, who is passionate to deliver excellence with the following qualities:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and some familiarity with data engineering and data science.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and their data services.
• Proficient in SQL and Python or similar languages.
• Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Mixpanel and Amplitude.
• Familiarity with ETL processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work with Executives, Managers, and individual contributors at all levels.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment which allows you to adapt and deliver results under pressure. A demonstrable track record of getting stuff done whilst managing competing pressures and deadlines and retaining an eye for detail and quality.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and be able to multitask and manage multiple work streams and problems simultaneously.
